DAY 1   DAY 2
Paris -  Chambord - Amboise (210 km)

A great start to the day…

We leave from the hotel to get our motorcycles

Above all don’t forget your driver's license and your credit card to sign the contract and secure the deposit.

The GPS are ready and our motorcycles are revved up.

The feeling is happy and everyone is ready to go…

We travel towards Versailles just to greet it as we pass by before we take the road toward the grand forest of Rambouillet  in search of fresh air.

Immediately the Loire welcomes us, beautifully all encompassing. A quick break for lunch on an outdoor terrace near the water. We take the road again, this time toward Chambord, a place that radiates an incredible, majestic beauty. A stop at the botanical gardens, and then we ride to the Chenonceau castle; human ingenuity is impressive. Then, perhaps a boat tour?

The Amboise castle is our last stop for the day. We have dinner at a stunning restaurant not far from there, and then we call it a night after our long and emotionally rich day.

DAY 1     DAY 2
Amboise - Azay le rideau - Le mans - Paris
France Moto Road Trip - Châteaux de la Loire - Circuit Vignobles et Châteaux à moto - francemotoroadtrip.com

Breakfast and then we get back on our motorcycles.

A peaceful start to our second day, our first stop is at the Clos-Lucé Castle to breathe the same air as Leonardo da Vinci and his strange machines. Next we speed up (only for an instant) to arrive at Azay-le-Rideau, probably one of the most romantic castles in the world; Certainly one of the favorites of the France Moto Road Trip team.

We must begin thinking about our return to Paris… a delicious lunch stop for rillettes next to Mans.

As we begin to tire, we slow our pace and ride gently for a few kilometers.

The afternoon is relegated to the joy of riding through small country roads, the kind that justify our love of motorcycling that much more.

If we have time we stop at the gardens of the Palace of Versailles, if not we have already amassed so many beautiful, scenic images to contemplate on…

Around 6 p.m. it is time to end our journey… slightly sad but mostly happy.

DAY 1   DAY 2
Paris -  Deauville - Cabourg (205 km)

A great start to the day…

We leave from the hotel to get our motorcycles

Above all don’t forget your driver's license and your credit card to sign the contract and secure the deposit.

The GPS are ready and our motorcycles are revved up.

The feeling is happy and everyone is ready to go…

We travel towards Versailles just to greet it as we pass by before we take the highway to exit the Parisian suburbs. The landscape changes gradually into lush green rolling hills. We navigate past the seine, the countryside becomes more expansive, life is good.

As we approach Deauville, we are welcomed by its famous boardwalks. After a few can’t-miss photos we move on to lunch at Honfleur and its charming seaport, a shared moment of joy adorned by the sounds of the seagulls that observe us from afar.

The afternoon is expended riding along beaches that overflow with French history, world history. A break at a secret place with amazing views and then it’s time for dinner where we enjoy a few Norman specialties and drinks in full safety.

At France Moto Road Trip, sleep is always just around the corner.

DAY 1     DAY 2
Cabourg - Etretat - Giverny - Paris
France Moto Road Trip - Châteaux de la Loire - Circuit Vignobles et Châteaux à moto - francemotoroadtrip.com

Breakfast and then we get back on our motorcycles.

It’s an early start for a Sunday but the road calls upon us irresistibly. Our multi-cylinder rides are eager to start again… We quietly make our way through some smaller roads the France Moto Road Trip loves to follow. The winding road, the foals  that gallop near the fence to watch us pass by- it’s a magical experience.

We head towards Etretat via the Normandy Bridge… it is even more impressive by motorcycle… we have lunch or a picnic on near the cliffs, a great time.

Gradually we leave behind the Norman countryside  and make our way to the Seine National Park, getting us closer to Paris. The road unwinds before us, easy and radiant. We stop at Giverny to greet the gardens that so greatly inspired Monet.

Around 6 p.m. the grand city of Paris welcomes us again,  it is time to end our journey…

Slightly sad but mostly happy.  We will certainly meet again.
